To provide a seal structure capable of reducing the number of V-packings to be used.SOLUTION: A seal structure 100 comprises: an annular female adapter 110 arranged so as to come into contact with an inner peripheral surface 21a; an annular V-packing 120 arranged adjacent to the female adapter 110; and an annular male adapter 130 arranged adjacent to the V-packing 120. The V-packing 120 and the female adapter 110 are both made of a resin material as a main component.
