The V-packing 120 and the female adapter 110 are both made of a resin material as a main component. In a state where the male adapter 130 and the female adapter 110 sandwich the V-packing 120 in an axial direction, an end part of the female adapter 110 facing the V-packing 120 has an inner diameter smaller than a diameter of a plunger 43 and an outer diameter larger than a diameter of an internal space of a cylinder part 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】Vパッキンの使用個数を低減することができるシール構造を提供する。【解決手段】シール構造体100は、内周面21aに当接するように配置された円環状の雌アダプタ110と、雌アダプタ110に隣接して配置された円環状のVパッキン120と、Vパッキン120に隣接して配置された円環状の雄アダプタ130と、を備える。Vパッキン120と雌アダプタ110とは、いずれも樹脂材料を主成分として形成されており、雄アダプタ130と雌アダプタ110とが、軸方向においてVパッキン120を挟持した状態において、雌アダプタ110のVパッキン120を向く端部は、プランジャ43の径よりも小さい内径と、シリンダ部21の内部空間の径よりも大きい外径と、を有する。【選択図】図2 |
