Zusammenfassung: | To provide a power system control device that stably controls a power generator at a high speed while reducing a tidal current error due to a power transmission loss of a transmission electric wire, a computer program for a power system control device, and a power system control method.SOLUTION: A power system control device 1 includes: an approximate equation generation part 11 that converts a power transmission loss characteristic indicating a relation of a phase difference angle and a power transmission loss, expressed in a non-liner equation form of a power transmission line constructing a power system in which a plurality of power generators and a plurality of loads are connected, into an approximate function; a constraint generation part 12 that generates a constraint equation related to the power system; a target function generation part 13 that generates a target function that a power generation cost in the power system is the minimum on the basis of the power transmission loss characteristic converted by the approximate function by the approximate equation generation part 11 and the constraint equation generated by the constraint generation part 12; and an optimization problem calculation part 14 that calculates an optimal solution of the target function generated by the target function generation part 13 as an output of the power generator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】送電線の送電損失による潮流誤差を低減しつつ、発電機の制御を高速、かつ、安定に行う電力系統制御装置、電力系統制御装置用コンピュータプログラム及び電力系統制御方法を提供する。【解決手段】電力系統制御装置1は、複数の発電機および負荷が接続された電力系統を構成する送電線の、非線形の方程式にて表された相差角と送電損失の関係を示す送電損失特性を、近似関数に変換する近似式生成部11と、電力系統に関する制約式を作成する制約生成部12と、近似式生成部11により近似関数に変換された送電損失特性と、制約生成部12により作成された制約式とに基づき、電力系統における発電コストを最小とする目的関数を作成する目的関数生成部13と、目的関数生成部13が作成した目的関数の最適解を、発電機の出力として算出する最適化問題計算部14と、を有する。【選択図】図1 |
