Zusammenfassung: | To precisely measure torque, stress, and strain of a shaft by a measuring instrument that can be retrofitted.SOLUTION: An upper block 1 and a lower block 2 that are separated from each other are fastened by a bolt 3, and a measuring instrument is fixed to a rotating shaft 100 in a form for pinching a rotating shaft 100 penetrating a hollow part 4. The upper block 1 and the lower block 2 abut on the rotating shaft 100 only in a front end clamp part F and a rear end clamp part R having a small diameter of the hollow part 4 between the upper block 1 and the lower block 2. Strain gauges 51/52/61/62 are fixed to a thin upper strain part 11 and a thin lower strain part 21 between the front end clamp part F and the rear end clamp part R. When torque is applied and the rotating shaft 100 is twisted, a difference in a torsion angle occurs between the front end clamp part F and the rear end clamp part R fixed to the rotating shaft 100, and shear strain occurs in the upper strain part 11 and the lower strain part 21 and is detected by the strain gauges 51/52/61/62.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】後付け可能な測定器によって、軸のトルクや応力や歪みを精度良く計測する。【解決手段】分離した上部ブロック1と下部ブロック2をボルト3で締結し、中空部4を貫通した回転軸100を挟み込む形態で、測定器を回転軸100に固定する。上部ブロック1と下部ブロック2は、上部ブロック1と下部ブロック2の間の中空部4の径が小さい前端クランプ部Fと後端クランプ部Rでのみ回転軸100と接触する。前端クランプ部Fと後端クランプ部Rの間の肉薄の上部起歪部11と下部起歪部21には、ひずみゲージ51/52/61/62が固定されている。トルクが負荷され回転軸100が捻れると、回転軸100に固定されている前端クランプ部Fと後端クランプ部R間にねじれ角の差が発生し、上部起歪部11、下部起歪部21にせん断歪みが生じ、ひずみゲージ51/52/61/62によって検出される。【選択図】図2 |
