To provide a distribution point basis critical price calculation device capable of more accurately performing tidal current computation even at interlock points of many loop systems in a distribution system.SOLUTION: A distribution point basis critical price calculation device comprises: a system model creation section for creating a distribution system model based on distribution system information including connection information of a distribution system and specification information of facilities constituting the distribution system; a market acquisition section for acquiring bit information including a desired operation schedule and a desired price of distributed resources from a plurality of market participants managing the distributed resources connected to the distribution system; and a simulation section for performing tidal current/voltage computation for each time zone/each point of the distribution system in a case where an operation based on the desired operation schedule in the acquired bit information is applied to the distribution system model, and calculating a DLMP (distribution point basis critical price) in the distribution system so as to satisfy restriction conditions of the facilities constituting the distribution system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】配電系統に多いループ系統の各連系点においても、精度よく潮流計算を行うことができる配電地点別限界価格算出装置を提供する。【解決手段】配電地点別限界価格算出装置は、配電系統の結線情報、および、当該配電系統を構成する設備の仕様情報を含む配電系統情報に基づいて、配電系統モデルを作成する系統モデル作成部と、前記配電系統に接続される分散リソースを管理する複数の市場参加者から、当該分散リソースの希望運転スケジュールと希望価格とを含む入札情報を取得する市場取引部と、取得された前記入札情報の希望運転スケジュールに基づく運転を前記配電系統モデルに適用したときにおける前記配電系統の時間帯別・地点別の潮流・電圧計算を行い、前記配電系統を構成する設備の制約条件を満たすように当該配電系統におけるＤＬＭＰ（配電地点別限界価格）を算出するシミュレーション部と、を備える。【選択図】図１
