INVENTORY MANAGEMENT DEVICE

To provide an inventory management device capable of automatically allocating inventory even if there is no inventory in a designated warehouse by only specifying one warehouse when allocating inventory of a product.SOLUTION: An inventory management device according to the present embodiment includes: a warehouse master in which a warehouse and a higher-level warehouse of the warehouse are registered in association with each other; inventory data including a warehouse, a product, and a quantity of the product that can be shipped; received order input processing means for inputting a warehouse, a product, and a quantity when an order is received; and inventory allocation processing means that refers to the inventory data, confirms, for the warehouse, product, and quantity input by the received order input processing means, whether the warehouse has inventory, allocates, when there is inventory, the inventory of the warehouse, refers to the warehouse master when there is no inventory in the warehouse, confirms whether there is inventory in the higher-level warehouse corresponding to the warehouse, and allocates, when there is inventory, the inventory of the higher-level warehouse.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】商品の在庫を引き当てる場合に、１つの倉庫を指定するだけで、指定された倉庫に在庫がなくても自動的に在庫を引き当てることが可能な在庫管理装置を提供すること。【解決手段】本実施の形態に係る在庫管理装置は、倉庫と、当該倉庫の上位の倉庫とを関連づけて登録した倉庫マスタと、倉庫と、商品と、当該商品の出荷可能数を含む在庫データと、受注する場合に、倉庫、商品、及び数量を入力する受注入力処理手段と、前記在庫データを参照し、前記受注入力処理手段で入力された倉庫、商品、及び数量について、当該倉庫に在庫が有るか否かを確認し、在庫がある場合には、当該倉庫の在庫を引き当て、当該倉庫に在庫がない場合には、前記倉庫マスタを参照し、当該倉庫に対応する上位の倉庫に在庫があるか否かを確認し、在庫がある場合には、当該上位の倉庫の在庫を引き当てる在庫引当処理手段と、を備えている。【選択図】図１
