EAR PART REMOVING DEVICE AND EAR PART REMOVING METHOD OF RUBBER SHEET FOR TIRE

To provide an ear part removing device and an ear part removing method of a rubber sheet for a tire, enabling compactification of a manufacturing line including a bias device.SOLUTION: An ear part removing device 20 is used with a bias device 50 which includes: an unwinding part 51 where a rubber sheet 10 for a tire including a body part 10a and an ear part 10b positioned outside of the body part 10a in its width direction is arranged being wound like a roll state and which unwinds the rubber sheet 10 to its downstream side in a conveyance direction; and a bias cutter 53 for cutting the rubber sheet 10 in a downstream side of the unwinding part 51 in the conveyance direction of the rubber sheet 10, and is a device which removes the ear part 10b from the rubber sheet 10, and includes a first take-up roller 21 and a second take-up roller 22 which wind up a chip 10e of the ear part 10b of the rubber sheet 10 arranged at the unwinding part 51 in an upstream side in the conveyance direction of the rubber sheet 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】バイアス装置を含む製造ラインのコンパクト化を可能にするタイヤ用ゴムシートの耳部切除装置及び耳部切除方法を提供する。【解決手段】耳部切除装置２０は、本体部１０ａと、幅方向における本体部１０ａの外側に位置する耳部１０ｂとを含むタイヤ用のゴムシート１０がロール状に巻き取られた状態で配置され、ゴムシート１０を搬送方向における下流側へ巻き出す巻き出し部５１と、ゴムシート１０の搬送方向における巻き出し部５１の下流側で当該ゴムシート１０を切断するバイアスカッター５３と、を有するバイアス装置５０と共に使用され、ゴムシート１０から耳部１０ｂを切除する装置であり、巻き出し部５１に配置されたゴムシート１０における耳部１０ｂの切れ端１０ｅを、ゴムシート１０の搬送方向における上流側で巻き取る第１巻き取りローラ２１及び第２巻き取りローラ２２を有する。【選択図】図１
