To determine the quality of heater control based on a set temperature for each of a plurality of zones for controlling the temperatures of a plurality of substrates.SOLUTION: Provided is a substrate processing device that includes: a processing container where a plurality of substrates are processed; a plurality of heaters controlling, for each of a plurality of zones, the temperatures of the plurality of substrates accommodated inside the processing container; and a control unit controlling the operation of the plurality of heaters.
