Zusammenfassung:To provide a component processing and assembling apparatus which efficiently repairs a used component with various damages and reproduces it with considering environment, and a method thereof.SOLUTION: The present invention is directed to a component processing and assembling apparatus. The apparatus has measuring means for measuring at least any one of a shape, a component, hardness, surface status, internal shape, and residual stress of a component, evaluation diagnosis means for, by using the measured result, determining whether or not it is possible to carry out the process for repairing damaged components, processing means for selecting a processing method and a processing detail to process the component, inspection means for inspecting whether or not the processed component can be assembled, and assembly means for selecting combination of the processed components for assembly.
