Zusammenfassung: | To suppress the production cost of a turbine component while removing residual powder in an internal passage.SOLUTION: Provided is a turbine component production method of executing a molded object formation step of bonding and solidifying metal powder while arranging the metal powder on a base plate to form a laminated molded object having an internal passage and an exhaust passage connected to the internal passage, and a powder removal step of removing the unnecessary metal powder left in the internal passage. The internal passage has an introduction opening that opens at an external face other than a base opposite face as an external face facing the base plate among the plural external faces of the laminated molded object. The exhaust passage has an exhaust opening that opens at an external face other than the base opposite face among the plural external faces. In the powder removal step, a gas is introduced from the introduction opening of the internal passage into the internal passage to exhaust the residual powder in the internal passage from the exhaust opening of the exhaust passage together with the gas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】内部通路内の残留粉末を除去しつつも、タービン部品の製造コストを抑える。【解決手段】ベースプレート上に金属粉末を配しつつ前記金属粉末を結合及び固化させて、内部通路と、前記内部通路に連通している排出通路とを有する積層造形物を形成する造形物形成工程と、前記内部通路内に残った不要の金属粉末を除去する粉末除去工程と、を実行する。前記内部通路は、前記積層造形物の複数の外面のうちで前記ベースプレートに対向する外面であるベース対向面を除く外面で開口する導入開口を有する。前記排出通路は、前記複数の外面のうちで前記ベース対向面を除く外面で開口する排出開口を有する。前記粉末除去工程では、前記内部通路の前記導入開口から前記内部通路内にガスを導入して、前記内部通路内の前記残留粉末をガスと共に前記排出通路の排出開口から排出する。【選択図】図9 |
