IRRIGATION SYSTEM AND CONTROLLER

To provide an irrigation system capable of executing irrigation with less adverse effect to growth of plants, and a controller.SOLUTION: A treatment part determines whether or not irrigation should be executed by using the temperature of feedwater which is present in a feedwater route to which irrigation is supplied and the soil temperature of a farm field. A signal output part, in the case where the treatment part determines that the soil temperature rose above the water temperature and the water temperature dropped from a first threshold value, outputs a signal for prohibiting irrigation. A signal output part, in the case where the treatment part determines that the soil temperature did not rise above the water temperature, outputs a signal for prohibiting irrigation.
