Zusammenfassung:To provide a rectangular material processing device which suppresses adhesion of a shaft and can improve durability.SOLUTION: A processing device 1 includes: a holder 10 having a rotating shaft rotating in a bending direction of a rectangular material 60; and a clamp 20 having a rotating shaft which constrains the rectangular material 60 by sandwiching it with the holder 10 and rotates in the bending direction. The clamp 20 includes a flange 30 which constrains the rectangular material 60 by sandwiching it with the holder 10; a shaft 40 which is connected to the flange 30 and passes through a through hole provided in the holder 10; and a coating film 50 formed on a surface of the shaft 40.
