SEPARATION RECOVERY METHOD AND SEPARATION RECOVERY DEVICE FOR CONSTITUENT MATERIAL OF ABSORBENT ARTICLE, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING RECYCLED PRODUCT OF UNUSED ABSORBER

To separate and recover constituent materials of unused absorbent articles while preserving their high quality.SOLUTION: A method for separating and recovering constituent materials of unused water-absorbing articles includes: a dissolution step (step S1) for immersing an unused absorbent article (target 110), where sheets 20 containing pulp fiber 11 and SAP 12 as absorbers 10 are bonded with an adhesive, in a solvent 120, to dissolve the adhesive in the solvent 120; a separation recovery step (step S2) for separating and recovering constituent materials of the absorbent article (target 110) from which the adhesive has been dissolved and removed, such as the sheets 20, the pulp fiber 11, and the SAP12; and a drying step (step S3) for drying the separated and recovered constituent materials such as the sheets 20, the pulp fiber 11, and the SAP12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】未使用の吸収性物品の構成材料を高品位で分離回収できること。【解決手段】未使用の吸水性物品の構成材料を分離回収する方法は、吸収体１０としてのパルプ繊維１１及びＳＡＰ１２を包んだシート２０を接着剤で接合してなる未使用の吸収性物品（被処理物１１０）を溶剤１２０に浸漬して接着剤を溶剤１２０に溶解する溶解工程（ステップＳ１）と、接着剤が溶解除去された吸収性物品（被処理物１１０）の構成材料であるシート２０、パルプ繊維１１、及びＳＡＰ１２等を分離回収する分離回収工程（ステップＳ２）と、分離回収された構成材料のシート２０、パルプ繊維１１、及びＳＡＰ１２等を乾燥する乾燥工程（ステップＳ３）とを具備する。【選択図】図２
