Zusammenfassung:	To provide an assembling apparatus and an assembling method that can assemble a harness while reducing a curling tendency of a cable that causes the harness to curve.SOLUTION: An assembling apparatus for assembling a harness (20) including a cable (21) to which a fixing tool (22) to be fixed to a car is assembled, includes: holding parts (12, 13) for holding the cable (21) in a state of being twisted in a direction (X1) around an axis (D3) which is an extending direction of the cable; and an assembling part (17) for assembling the fixing tool to the cable, wherein the assembling part assembles the fixing tool to the cable held by the holding part in a state of being twisted in a direction around the axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ハーネスを湾曲させるケーブルの巻き癖を低減してハーネスを組み立てることができる組立装置及び組立方法を提供する。【解決手段】車両に固定される固定具（２２）が組み付けられるケーブル（２１）を備えるハーネス（２０）を組み立てる組立装置は、ケーブルの延在方向を軸線（Ｘ１）として該軸線回り方向（Ｄ３）に捻じられた状態の当該ケーブル（２１）を保持する保持部（１２、１３）と、固定具をケーブルに組み付ける組付部（１７）と、を備え、組付部は、軸線回り方向に捻じられた状態で保持部に保持されているケーブルに固定具を組み付ける。【選択図】図１
