Zusammenfassung: | To provide a chemical analyzing method and a chemical analyzing device for soil that can obtain successive and objective concentration measurements with a simple device constitution.SOLUTION: Sample liquid including an object 2 of analysis is subjected to reaction with a predetermined color reacting reagent 31, and concentration of the object 2 of analysis is determined from a color reaction state after the reaction so as to make a chemical analysis of soil. Preparations (S1) include: preparing solutions of a plurality of objects of analysis differing in known concentration (S11); subjecting the solutions of the respective objects of analysis to reaction with a predetermined color reacting reagent (S12); measuring respective coloring states after the reaction as RGB values of primary colors of light (S13); and generating an analytical curve showing a relation of the concentrations of the objects of analysis to RGB values on the basis of the plurality of different known concentrations and the measured RGB values (S14). Soil analysis (S2) includes: subjecting sample liquid including soil to be analyzed to reaction with the predetermined color reacting reagent (S21); measuring RGB values of a color reaction state after the reaction (S22); and collating the measured RGB values with the analytical curve to determine the concentration (S23).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】簡便な装置構成で、連続的かつ客観的な濃度測定値が得られる土壌の化学性分析方法及び分析装置を提供する。【解決手段】分析対象物2を含む試料液を所定の呈色反応試薬31と反応させ、反応後の呈色状態により分析対象物2の濃度を定量し、土壌の化学性分析を行う。前準備では(S1)、複数の異なる既知濃度の分析対象物の溶液を準備し(S11)、それぞれの分析対象物の溶液を所定の呈色反応試薬と反応させ(S12)、反応後の呈色状態のそれぞれを、光の三原色であるRGB値として測定し(S13)、異なる複数の既知濃度と測定されたRGB値とに基づいてRGB値に対する分析対象物の濃度の関係を示す検量線を生成し(S14)、土壌分析では(S2)、分析すべき土壌を含む試料液を所定の呈色反応試薬と反応させ(S21)、反応後の呈色状態のRGB値を測定し(S22)、測定されたRGB値と検量線とを照合して濃度を定量する(S23)。【選択図】図2 |
