Grouping is then performed on the basis of the inclination of each region; facing is performed for each group to the inspection object surface constituted by a plurality of regions that are not the same plane; and imaging processing is performed for each region within the same group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】効率的に撮像対象面全体に対して焦点の合った画像を得ることができるようにする。【解決手段】検査対象面を各座標にマッピングすることによって距離マップを作成し、その距離マップを用いて平面領域の識別処理を行う。そして、各領域の傾きを元にグループ化し、同一平面ではない複数の領域で構成される検査対象面に対してグループごとに正対化して同一グループ内で領域ごとに撮像処理を行う。【選択図】図１
