The video transmission device as the transmitting device allocates a parallel distributed processing server that is a transmission destination of a division video and compresses the division video, according to the number of video divisions. The video transmission device as the receiving device expands the lightly compressed video of the division video according to the number of video divisions, and allocates a parallel distributed processing server that transmits each decompressed division video to the video transmission device as the receiving device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
