GROMMET ASSEMBLY AND WIRE HARNESS

To provide a grommet assembly and a wire harness that can suppress deformation of the grommet and ensure a water stop function.SOLUTION: A grommet assembly 1 includes a grommet 2 attached to a through-hole 11 formed in a panel 10, an inner member 3 supported by the grommet 2, and a protector 4 attached to the panel 10 so as to cover the grommet 2 and the inner member 3. The grommet 2 has a support portion 26 for supporting the inner member 3.
