Zusammenfassung: | To provide a manufacturing method of an article that can highly accurately detect a defect of the article in which a liquid-impregnated sheet is wrapped in an individual packaging sheet.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an article 1, comprises: a packaging step; a sealing step in which seal parts 5 and 6 are formed on an individual packaging sheet 3 that wraps a liquid-impregnated sheet 2 to form a continuous composite 1A; and a cutting step of cutting the continuous composite 1A. The method has an inspection step. The inspection step includes the steps of: acquiring a near-infrared image; creating a binarized image; calculating an area ratio of a portion detected by binarization processing with respect to an inspection area; and determining whether a defect exists in the article based on the area ratio. The binarization processing is performed using at least one of a threshold value that allows discrimination of the liquid-impregnated sheet and a threshold value that allows discrimination of both the sheet and a liquid leaked from the sheet. The inspection area is at least one of a first inspection area set in the area where the seal part exists, and a second inspection area set near the area where the seal part exists.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】液含浸シートが個装シートに包まれてなる物品の不良を高精度に検出することができる物品の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】包装工程と、液含浸シート2を包んだ個装シート3にシール部5,6を形成して連続複合体1Aとするシール工程と、連続複合体1Aを切断する切断工程とを備え、物品1の製造方法であって、検査工程を有し、検査工程は、近赤外線画像を取得する工程と、二値化画像を作成する工程と、検査領域に対する、二値化処理によって検出された部分の面積率を算出する工程と、面積率に基づいて物品に不良が存在するかを判定する工程とを有し、二値化処理は、液含浸シートを判別可能な閾値、及び該シートと該シートから漏れた液との両者を判別可能な閾値の少なくとも一方を用いて行い、検査領域は、シール部が存在する領域に設定された第1検査領域、及びシール部が存在する領域の近傍に設定された第2検査領域の少なくとも一方である。【選択図】図1 |
