Zusammenfassung:To suppress a fall of measurement accuracy of absolute oscillation of a measured object in an oscillation measurement device.SOLUTION: An oscillation measurement device, which uses a rotor accompanied by a movement as a measured object, comprises: a non-contact sensor that is attached movably, following the movement of the measured object, and non-contactly measures relative oscillation of the measured object; and an oscillation calculation unit that calculates oscillation data on absolute oscillation of the measured object, using first measurement data measured by the non-contact sensor and second measurement data measured by a contact sensor. The oscillation calculation unit includes: a data acquisition unit that acquires the first measurement data and second measurement data; a unit conversion unit that performs unit conversion so that a unit of the first measurement data matches a unit of the second measurement data; and a data addition unit that outputs a result of adding the first measurement data and second measurement data of which respective units match as the oscillation data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】振動測定装置において、被測定物の絶対振動の測定精度の低下を抑制する。【解決手段】振動測定装置は、移動を伴う回転体を被測定物とする振動測定装置であって、被測定物の移動に追従して移動可能に取り付けられて、被測定物の相対振動を非接触で測定する非接触センサと、非接触センサの絶対振動を測定する接触センサと、非接触センサにより測定された第1測定データと、接触センサにより測定された第2測定データと、を利用して被測定物の絶対振動の振動データを算出する振動算出部と、を備え、振動算出部は、第1測定データと、第2測定データとを取得するデータ取得部と、第1測定データの単位と第2測定データの単位とが一致するように単位換算を行う単位換算部と、それぞれの単位が一致した、第1測定データと第2測定データとを足し合わせた結果を振動データとして出力するデータ加算部と、を備える。【選択図】図1
