COMPONENT MOUNTING DEVICE AND INSPECTION METHOD IN COMPONENT MOUNTING DEVICE

To provide a component mounting device capable of surely detecting a state where an adhesive substance is deposited to a nozzle and an inspection method in the component mounting device.SOLUTION: A lower end 15T of a nozzle 15N in a state where an adsorbing operation is not performed is brought into contact with an inspection jig 21 mounted on a mounting face 22M. The nozzle 15N is then moved in a direction (upward) away from the mounting face 22M, and it is determined whether or not the inspection jig 21 is moved from the mounting face 22M with the movement of the nozzle 15N. In a case where it is determined as a result that the inspection jig 21 is not moved from the mounting face 22M, it is determined that an adhesive substance is not deposited to the lower end 15T of the nozzle 15N and in a case where it is determined that the inspection jig 21 is moved from the mounting face 22M, it is determined that an adhesive substance is deposited to the lower end 15T of the nozzle 15N.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】ノズルに粘着物質が付着している状態を確実に検出することができる部品実装装置および部品実装装置における検査方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】吸着動作を行っていない状態のノズル１５Ｎの下端１５Ｔを載置面２２Ｍに載置された検査用治具２１に接触させた後、ノズル１５Ｎを載置面２２Ｍから離れる方向（上方）に移動させ、ノズル１５Ｎの移動に伴って検査用治具２１が載置面２２Ｍから移動するか否かを判定する。その結果、検査用治具２１が載置面２２Ｍから移動しなかったと判定された場合にはノズル１５Ｎの下端１５Ｔに粘着物質が付着していないと判断し、検査用治具２１が載置面２２Ｍから移動したと判定された場合にはノズル１５Ｎの下端１５Ｔに粘着物質が付着していると判断する。【選択図】図８
