Zusammenfassung: | To provide a film with a conductive layer and a laminated film for a film antenna, which are suitable for suppressing adhesion between films while reducing transmission loss in the conductive layer.SOLUTION: A film X with a conductive layer of the present invention includes an antistatic layer 11, a film base material 10 (a fluoro-resin film base material), and a conductive layer 12 in this order in a thickness direction H. The antistatic layer 11 has a dielectric constant larger than that of the film base material 10.
