Zusammenfassung: | To provide a concrete compression strength estimation method using a laser-induced breakdown spectrometry that is hardly affected by self-absorption.SOLUTION: The compression strength of concrete is estimated by irradiating a mortar part of concrete with a laser pulse to induce a plasma and measuring an emission spectrum of the plasma that includes ion and atom beams of the same element whose self-absorption is weak, subtracting the average value of spectrum intensity from the measured spectrum and then performing a partial least square regression in which the spectrum intensity divided by a standard deviation is adopted as an explanatory variable and the average value of the compression strength determined by a compression strength test is adopted as an objective variable, and multiplying the coefficient determined by this partial least square regression to the measured spectrum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】自己吸収の影響を受け難い、レーザ誘起ブレイクダウン分光法を用いたコンクリートの圧縮強度推定方法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリートのモルタル箇所にレーザパルスを照射してプラズマを誘起させ、当該プラズマの発光スペクトルの中の自己吸収の弱い同一元素のイオン線と原子線とを含むスペクトルを計測し、計測したスペクトルに対してスペクトル強度の平均値で差し引き、その後にスペクトル強度の標準偏差で除したものを説明変数、圧縮強度試験で求めた圧縮強度の平均値を目的変数とした部分的最小二乗回帰を行い、この部分的最小二乗回帰で求められた係数を計測したスペクトルに乗じてコンクリートの圧縮強度を推定するようにしている。【選択図】図5 |
