Zusammenfassung: | To provide a wiring board and an image display device with which, while suppressing a decrease in the electrical characteristic of a mesh wiring layer, it is possible to make the presence of wirings laid in the surrounding of the mesh wiring layer less likely to be visible.SOLUTION: A wiring board 10 comprises a transparent substrate 11 and a mesh wiring layer 20, the mesh wiring layer 20 including a plurality of first direction wirings 21 and a plurality of second direction wirings 22. When the outer periphery of a region where the mesh wiring layer 20 is disposed is assumed to be a virtual outer periphery line 20S, an end 21e of each first direction wiring 21 and an end 22e of each second direction wiring 22 are connected respectively by an end connection wiring 25 in part of the virtual outer periphery line 20S. When it is assumed that La represents the total length of one side of the virtual outer periphery line in a third direction, and Lp represents the total length of the end connection wiring 25 between both ends 25e, 25e that is included in the total length La, the relationship 0.1 La≤Lp≤0.5 La holds true.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
