To provide a washing machine having an outer tank whose inner surface can be washed on a steady basis.SOLUTION: A washing machine includes an outer tank 6, a washing and dewatering tub 3 rotatably accommodated in the outer tank 6, a stirring blade rotatably supported on an inner bottom of the washing and dewatering tub 3, an outvane disposed on the underside of the stirring blade, a drive motor that rotatably drives the stirring blade and the washing and dewatering tub 3, and a circulation flow channel member 26 disposed on the inner surface of the washing and dewatering tub 3, the circulation flow channel member which raises washing water on the inner bottom of the washing and dewatering tub 3 with the rotation of the outvane so as to return the washing water into the washing and dewatering tub 3.
