Zusammenfassung:To provide a surface treatment composition, a surface treatment method, a solid surface hydrophilizing method and a solid surface hydrophilization treatment kit which have a high hydrophilizing effect even when a treated solid surface is in a dried state when applied to a surface of a solid having low surface free energy.SOLUTION: There are provided [1] a surface treatment composition containing the following components (A) to (C), [2] a surface treatment method which includes a step of applying the surface treatment composition described in the [1] to a solid surface, [3] a solid surface hydrophilizing method which includes a step of applying the other of the component (A) and the component (B) to a solid surface to which either one of the following component (A) or component (B) is applied, and [4] a solid surface hydrophilization treatment kit which includes a composition I containing the following component (A) and a composition II containing the following component (B). (A) A polymer having only a betaine group as an ionic group. (B) A polymer including an ionic group other than the betaine group and a hydrophobic group and having the hydrophobic group in the side chain. (C) An electrolyte.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】表面自由エネルギーが低い固体の表面への適用において、処理された固体表面が乾燥状態となっても高い親水化効果を有する、表面処理組成物、表面処理方法、固体表面親水化方法、及び固体表面親水化処理キットを提供する。【解決手段】〔1〕下記の成分(A)~(C)を含有する、表面処理組成物、〔2〕前記〔1〕に記載の表面処理組成物を固体表面へ適用する工程を含む、表面処理方法、〔3〕下記の成分(A)及び成分(B)のいずれか一方を適用した固体表面に、成分(A)及び成分(B)の他方を適用する工程を含む、固体表面親水化方法、並びに、〔4〕下記の成分(A)を含有する組成物I、及び下記の成分(B)を含有する組成物IIを含む、固体表面親水化処理キットである。(A)イオン性基としてベタイン基のみを有するポリマー(B)ベタイン基を除くイオン性基と疎水性基とを含み、該疎水性基を側鎖に有するポリマー(C)電解質【選択図】なし
