In a vibration profile of a frequency band in the range from 20 Hz and 40 kHz, both inclusive, measured by using a laser Doppler vibration meter, no peaks resulting from a division vibration are detected in a frequency band where the frequency is in the range from 20 Hz to 20 kHz, both inclusive, while a plurality of peaks resulting from a division vibration are detected in a frequency band where the frequency is in the range from larger than 20 Hz to 40 kHz.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
