Zusammenfassung: | To effectively lower a centroid of a whole deck including heavy loaded articles by omitting or sufficiently down-sizing a reinforcement main girder which is conventionally fixed to a deck lower surface, with respect to a vehicle including a deck supported by a vehicle body frame via a dump shaft and tiltable backward and upward, and an actuator disposed between a deck front part and the vehicle body frame to forcibly tilt the deck.SOLUTION: A vehicle V with a deck tilting mechanism includes: a front pillar 21 having a fitting part 21b to an actuator A and fixed to a front part of a deck B; a rear pillar 24 fixed to a rear part of the deck B and extending in a vertical direction; an upper longitudinal frame 23 fixed to an upper part of the deck B and extending in a front-back direction to connect the front pillar 21 and the rear pillar 24; and a hinge H fixed to a lower part of the deck B and joined to a lower part of the rear pillar 24 to support a deck dump shaft 15 in a relatively rotatable manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】車体フレームにダンプ軸を介して支持されて後上方へ傾動可能な荷台と、荷台前部と車体フレーム間に設けられて荷台を強制傾動させるアクチュエータとを備えた車両において、従来、荷台下面に固設されていた補強用主桁を省略するか或いは十分に小型化可能として、重量積載物を含む荷台全体の重心を効果的に低くする。【解決手段】荷台傾動機構付き車両Vは、アクチュエータAに対する取付部21bを有して荷台Bの前部に固設される前柱21と、荷台Bの後部に固設されて上下方向に延びる後柱24と、荷台Bの上部に固設されて前後方向に延び且つ前柱21及び後柱24間を接続する上部縦フレーム23と、荷台Bの下部に固着され且つ後柱24の下部に結合されて荷台ダンプ軸15を相対回動可能に支持するヒンジHとを備える。【選択図】図2 |
