Zusammenfassung: | To achieve cost reduction of a processing facility by reducing man hours and labor for bending process as a whole deck by limiting a panel having a large number of bending parts only to a side panel to be a lateral plate, and constituting a whole or most part of a deck panel to be a bottom plate by a flat plate, with respect to a vehicle with a deck tilting mechanism including a tiltable deck pivoted by a vehicle body frame, and an actuator for forcibly tilting the deck.SOLUTION: A deck B includes a deck plate DP constituting at least a base plate Bb of the deck B, and left and right side panels SP constituting at least left and right lateral plates Bs of the deck B. The side panels SP have a plurality of bending parts b1-b5 extending in a front-back direction and aligned at intervals in a vertical direction, and are set so that bending angles θ1-θ5 of the bending parts b1-b5 at an inner side of the deck B are smaller than 180 degrees. 【課題】車体フレームに軸支されて傾動可能な荷台と、その荷台を強制傾動させるアクチュエータとを備えた荷台傾動機構付き車両において、多数の曲げ部を有するパネルを、側板となるサイドパネルだけとする一方、底板となるデッキパネルの全部又は大部分を平板で構成して、荷台全体として曲げ加工のための工数や手間を低減し、加工設備のコスト節減を図る。【解決手段】荷台Bは、荷台Bの少なくとも底板Bbを構成するデッキプレートDPと、荷台Bの少なくとも左右の側板Bsをそれぞれ構成する左右のサイドパネルSPとを備え、サイドパネルSPは、前後方向に各々延び且つ上下方向に互いに間隔をおいて並列する複数の曲げ部b1~b5を有すると共に、その各曲げ部b1~b5の荷台B内方側での曲げ角θ1~θ5が180度より小さくなるように設定され、デッキパネルDPは、全部又は大部分が平板より構成される。【選択図】図8 |
