Zusammenfassung: | To provide an assembly method of a battery cooling device, the method not requiring a fixture for fixing at a fixing position, a plate metal member forming an air flow channel toward a battery stack housed in a housing, and furthermore the method enabling the plate metal member to be fixed to the housing.SOLUTION: An assembly method of a battery cooling device is adopted to a battery pack having a battery stack housed in a housing. The battery cooling device comprises: a plate metal member forming an air flow channel toward the battery stack; and a duct having a sponge member at a fitting portion where the duct is fitted with the plate metal member. The assembly method comprises: an assembling step; and a fixing step. The assembling step is a step of assembling the duct to the housing. The fixing step is a step of fixing the plate metal member to the housing via a fixing tool in a state where the plate metal member is held at the fixing position by overlapping the plate metal member with the duct assembled to the housing via a sponge member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】筐体内に収容された電池スタックへの空気流路を形成する板金部材を固定位置に保持するための治具を不要としつつ、板金部材を筐体に固定できるようにした電池冷却装置の組立方法を提供する。【解決手段】電池冷却装置の組立方法は、筐体内に収容された電池スタックを有する電池パックに適用される。電池冷却装置は、電池スタックへの空気流路を形成する板金部材と、板金部材との嵌合部にスポンジ部材を有するダクトと、を備える。当該組立方法は、組付工程と、固定工程と、を備える。組付工程は、ダクトを筐体に組み付ける工程である。固定工程は、筐体に組み付けられたダクトに板金部材をスポンジ部材を介して重ね合わせることによって板金部材が固定位置に保持された状態で、固定具を介して板金部材を筐体に固定する工程である。【選択図】図3 |
