To more accurately determine deterioration of fluid.SOLUTION: A determination device for determining deterioration of fluid used by being circulated includes an electric power index acquisition unit for acquiring information indicating a value of an electric power index which is an index indicating the state of a pump for circulating fluid and having relationships with the magnitude of the electric power consumption of the pump, and a determination unit for determining (i) whether or not the fluid has deteriorated, (ii) a degree of deterioration of the fluid, and/or (iii) whether or not the fluid is required to be replaced.
