To keep quality of conversation voice in a remote conference.SOLUTION: In a remote conference system 1, a microphone of a user terminal 10 (a first user terminal) used by a user who participates in a certain remote conference collects voice from a speaker of a user terminal 10 (a second user terminal) used by another user who participates in the conference. When the collected voice is re-output from the speaker of the user terminals 10 (the first and the second user terminals), a problem of howling may occur.
