The decision means decides on the recommended number of sheets to be replenished or collected for each denomination. The input means inputs a start instruction in response to an operation by an operator. The activation means activates the deposit mechanism in response to the start instruction input by the input means. The notification means notifies the operator of the recommended number of sheets for each denomination determined by the determination means in response to the input of the start instruction by the input means. The setting means sets the number of sheets to be withdrawn for each denomination in response to the operation by the operator.
