REPAIR METHOD OF HOLLOW SLAB

To provide the repair method of a hollow slab allowing setting of precise form timbering to an opening formed in a void pipe simply in a short time.SOLUTION: The repair method of a hollow slab for repairing a repair region X including abnormal parts of concrete member thickness of a void upper part caused by floating up of a void pipe 1 comprises: an open-cut step of open-cutting floor slab concrete 4 of the repair region X; a manufacturing step of manufacturing a cylindrical body 2 having a form face formed on a side face and cut into multiple blocks in the axial direction; an assembling step of carrying in the cylindrical body 2 in every block from an opening 11 of the void pipe 1 formed by open-cut of the floor slab concrete 4 and assembling as a form timbering in the hollow part of the void pipe 1; and a placing step of placing concrete in the repair region X.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ボイド管で形成された開口に、正確な型枠支保工を簡単且つ短時間に設置することができる中空ホロースラブの補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】ボイド管１が浮き上がることによるボイド上部のコンクリート部材厚の異常箇所を含む補修領域Ｘを補修する中空ホロースラブの補修方法であって、補修領域Ｘの床版コンクリート４を開削する開削工程と、側面に型枠面が形状され、軸方向に複数のブロックに切断された円筒体２を製造する製造工程と、床版コンクリート４の開削によって生じたボイド管１の開口１１から円筒体２を前記ブロック毎に搬入して、ボイド管１の中空部で型枠支保工として組み立てる組み立て工程と、補修領域Ｘにコンクリートを打設する打設工程と、を備える。【選択図】図１
