Zusammenfassung: | To provide a quinacridone pigment which not only reduces the content of phosphorus in the whole pigment but also can suppress elusion of phosphorus from the pigment surface, especially, is useful for inkjet.SOLUTION: There is provided a quinacridone pigment having a phosphorus elution amount of 100 ppm or less and a phosphorus content of 400 ppm or less by the following measurement method. Measurement method: a quinacridone pigment before and after dispersion under the following dispersion condition is measured by a fluorescent X-ray analyzer, and a difference between before and after the dispersion is defined as the phosphorus elution amount. Dispersion condition: 0.1 pts.wt. of IPA and 15.9 pts.wt. of water are added to 1 pts.wt. of a quinacridone pigment and are mixed at 20°C, and are dispersed by a paint conditioner at a frequency of 750 rpm for 1 hour.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 本発明が解決しようとする課題は、顔料全体におけるリンの含有量を減らすのみならず、顔料表面からのリンの溶出を抑制することができ、特にインクジェット用として有用なキナクリドン顔料を提供することにある。【解決手段】 下記測定法におけるリン溶出量が100ppm以下、且つリン含有量400ppm以下であるキナクリドン顔料を提供する。測定法:下記分散条件での分散前後のキナクリドン顔料を蛍光X線分析装置にて測定し、その前後の差をリン溶出量とした分散条件:キナクリドン顔料1重量部に対して、IPA0.1重量部、水15.9重量部を加えて20℃で混合し、ペイントコンディショナーにて振動数750rpmで1時間分散させる【選択図】 なし |
