To provide a vehicle heater device capable of heating air to be introduced into a vehicle inner chamber without time delay when starting heating operation.SOLUTION: A heater device casing (12) includes: a heated air inflow region (14) having a heated air inflow opening (16); a heated air outflow region (22) having a heated air outflow opening (24); and a heated airflow chamber (48) through which heated air can flow in a casing inner chamber (26) surrounded by the heater device casing.
