To provide a component conveyance device capable of efficiently positioning an electronic component without sandwiching the electronic component between members.SOLUTION: A component conveyance device 10 has a rotor 12 to which a component support part 11 for sucking an electronic component W is attached, and conveys the electronic component W by repeatedly moving and pausing by an intermittent rotation of the rotor 12. The device is equipped with N position adjustment mechanisms 14 and 15 that position the electronic component W by contacting the electronic component W at N temporary stop positions of the electronic component W, and the N position adjustment mechanisms 14 and 15 as a whole make contact with the electronic component W from at least four sides.
