To provide a waste collection notification device, a waste collection notification method, and a program capable of accurately notifying a waste collection state.SOLUTION: A waste collection notification device includes: a first acquisition unit configured to acquire imaging data of a waste collection place; a determination unit configured to determine a waste collection state of the waste collection place based on the imaging data; a generation unit configured to generate notification information in accordance with the waste collection state; and a notification unit configured to notify the notification information. When the determination unit determines that the waste has been collected, the generation unit generates first notification information indicating waste discharge prohibition.
