Zusammenfassung:To provide a resin molding device that can shorten a supply time by increasing a supply amount per unit time while maintaining precision of supply of powder-form resin, and a method for manufacturing a resin molded article.SOLUTION: There is provided a resin molding device which comprises: a resin feeding mechanism 21 that feeds powder-form resin R to a feed object F; a shaping mold that includes an upper mold and a lower mold opposing the upper mold, between which the powder-form resin R is disposed; and a mold clamping mechanism that clamps the shaping mold for compression molding.
