MACHINE TOOL AND INDICATOR MEMBER

To facilitate checking misalignment of vertical and lateral relative positions of two processing devices in a work machine.SOLUTION: A machine tool includes: a first member 21A installed to one of two processing devices 10A, 10B; and a second member 21B installed to the other. The first member 21A has a first vertical indicator part indicating a prescribed position in the vertical direction and a first lateral indicator part indicating a prescribed position in the lateral direction. The second member 21B has a second vertical indicator part indicating a prescribed position in the vertical direction and a second lateral indicator part indicating a prescribed position in the lateral direction. Relative positions in the vertical direction of two processing devices 10 are indicated by relative positions of the first vertical indicator part and the second vertical indicator part.
