Zusammenfassung:	To provide a system to support collection of illegally dumped waste such as illegal waste.SOLUTION: A waste collection support system includes: an acquisition part for acquiring at least the location of waste and the date when the waste was found, as information on illegal dumping in which the waste is not disposed of in accordance with a regulation; and a collection plan creation part for creating a collection plan to collect the waste applicable to the illegal dumping based on the obtained date.
