Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method for estimating a flow rate in a low flow velocity state of a rotary flowmeter that calculates an estimated value of a flow rate between two pickup signals with previously recorded data.SOLUTION: A method for estimating a flow rate in a low flow velocity state of a rotary flowmeter is applied to a flowmeter which has an impeller, a sensor and an MCU, and includes the steps of: generating a plurality of pickup signals as the sensor is triggered by the impeller, and forming one cycle of a plurality of interval times of a plurality of pickup signals generated through one rotation of the impeller; calculating the flow velocity of a fluid in the flowmeter based upon the plurality of interval times; recording flow velocity information of a plurality of cycles, the flow velocity information including a plurality of interval times in one cycle; calculating a plurality of estimated interval times in a main cycle based upon a plurality of interval times in the plurality of recorded cycles; and calculating trigger points of time of a plurality of estimated pickup signals in the main cycle based upon the plurality of estimated interval times, and calculating and displaying an estimated flow rate at each trigger point of time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6A
