Zusammenfassung:To improve work efficiency of an operator by preventing a decrease in the work efficiency due to video disturbance caused by video transmission delay and communication packet loss during communication in a series of operations during remote control of a work machine.SOLUTION: In order to solve the above problems, the present disclosure proposes a remote control system that remotely controls a work machine comprising a communication device that communicates with the work machine, and a control device that controls the operation of the work machine and also processes surrounding images from the work machine and displays it on a display device. The communication device receives a surrounding image taken by the work machine and support information including posture information of the work machine and three-dimensional information of the surroundings of the work machine.
