The muffler unit includes: a muffler housing; at least one muffler chamber formed in the muffler housing; and at least one liquid-collecting chamber which is separated from the at least one muffler chamber by a housing bottom of the muffler housing, in which at least one liquid-passage opening connecting the at least one muffler chamber to the at least one liquid-collecting chamber for exchanging liquid is provided, and in which at least one liquid-discharging opening for discharging liquid from the at least one liquid-collecting chamber is provided on the muffler housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
