Zusammenfassung: | To provide a joint structure for absorbing twisting of piping.SOLUTION: A seal ring 70 of a fourth joint member 16 is fitted into an annular groove 31 of a first joint member 13, a cylindrical outer peripheral surface of the first joint member is fitted into a cylindrical inner peripheral surface of a second cylindrical portion 49 of a second joint member 14, and an inner thread 63 of a third joint member 15 is threaded into an outer thread 32 of the first joint member and an outer thread 50 of the second joint member. Thus, the first joint member is rotatable relative to the second joint member about the central axis of the joint structure. Therefore, even if twisting occurs in piping (for example, a flexible tube) connected to the joint structure, the twisting is absorbed by the relative rotation between the first joint member and the second joint member, and no excessive force is applied to the piping or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】配管の捻じれを吸収する継手構造を提供する。【解決手段】第4の継手部材16のシールリング70が第1の継手部材13の環状溝31に嵌められ、第1の継手部材の円筒外周面が第2の継手部材14の第2の円筒部49の円筒内周面に嵌められ、そして、第3の継手部材15の内ねじ63が、第1の継手部材の外ねじ32と第2の継手部材の外ねじ50に螺合される。これにより、第1の継手部材が、継手構造の中心軸を中心に、第2の継手部材に対して回転可能である。したがって、継手構造に接続された配管(例えば、フレキシブルチューブ)に捻じれが発生しても、その捻じれは第1の継手部材と第2の継手部材との相対的回転に吸収され、配管等に無理な力が作用することがない。【選択図】図1 |
