Zusammenfassung:	To reduce a construction period by simplification and streamlining of a work for removing an expansion apparatus installed across a gap between a bridge girder and an abutment.SOLUTION: A removal method for removing an expansion apparatus including a slab side joint member fixed to a slab of a bridge and an abutment side joint member facing the slab side joint member and fixed to an abutment, includes steps of edge-cutting the vicinity of a fixation portion between the slab side joint member and the slab, and edge-cutting the vicinity of a fixation portion between the abutment side joint member and the abutment and a road ground on a rear side of the abutment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】橋桁と橋台との遊間を跨いで設置されている伸縮装置を撤去する際の、作業の簡素化及び効率化を図り、工期短縮を実現することである。【解決手段】橋梁の床版に固定された床版側ジョイント部材と、該床版側ジョイント部材に対向し橋台に固定された橋台側ジョイント部材とを有する伸縮装置を撤去するための、伸縮装置の撤去工法であって、前記床版側ジョイント部材と前記床版との固定部近傍を、縁切り切断する工程と、前記橋台側ジョイント部材と前記橋台及び橋台背面側の道路地盤との固定部近傍を、縁切り切断する工程と、を備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図２
