CONCRETE POLE DEFLECTION AMOUNT MEASUREMENT DEVICE, CONCRETE POLE DEFLECTION AMOUNT MEASUREMENT METHOD AND PROGRAM

To provide a concrete pole deflection amount measurement device, a concrete pole deflection amount measurement method and a program which can easily perform management and maintenance inspection of an electric pole.SOLUTION: A concrete pole deflection amount measurement device expands an image of a concrete pole by increasing the magnification factor in the lateral direction in comparison to the vertical direction, receives coordinates of three portions designated by a user in the concrete pole, calculates a deflection amount of the concrete pole on the basis of the circumscribed circle of the triangle formed of the received three portions and outputs the deflection amount. This technique can easily calculate the deflection amount of the concrete pole that is difficult to be determined by naked eyes and from a photograph, and easily perform management and maintenance inspection of the electric pole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】電柱の管理および保守点検を容易に行うことが可能なコンクリート柱たわみ量測定装置、コンクリート柱たわみ量測定方法およびプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート柱たわみ量測定装置は、コンクリート柱の画像を縦方向より横方向の拡大倍率を上げて拡大し、コンクリート柱におけるユーザに指定された３部分の座標を受け付ける。そして受け付けた３部分からなる三角形の外接円に基づいてコンクリート柱のたわみ量を算出し、たわみ量を出力する。これによれば、肉眼や写真から判定することが困難であるコンクリート柱のたわみ量を容易に算出でき、電柱の管理および保守点検を容易に行うことができる。【選択図】図２
