Zusammenfassung:	To provide a laminate film with excellent antistatic properties capable of reducing deterioration of antistatic properties and process contamination due to abrasion during conveyance.SOLUTION: A laminate film is characterized that it has a thermoplastic resin layer (layer A) containing a hydrophobic additive and a layer (layer B) containing at least one of polystyrene sulfonic acid and its salt, and a surface resistivity R of the layer B is 1.0×105 Ω/sq or more and 1.0×1010 Ω/sq or less, and μY/μX is 0.1 or more and 1.2 or less when friction coefficients of the layer B before and after abrasion treatment are μX and μY, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明は、帯電防止性に優れ、搬送時における摩耗による帯電防止性の劣化や工程汚染を軽減できる積層フィルムを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】疎水性添加剤を含む熱可塑性樹脂層（Ａ層）、及びポリスチレンスルホン酸とその塩の少なくとも一方を含む層（Ｂ層）を有し、前記Ｂ層の表面比抵抗値Ｒが１．０×１０５Ω／ｓｑ以上１．０×１０１０Ω／ｓｑ以下であり、かつ、摩耗処理前後の前記Ｂ層の摩擦係数をそれぞれμＸ、μＹとしたときに、μＹ／μＸが０.１以上１．２以下であることを特徴とする、積層フィルム。【選択図】なし
