The charging/discharging control part that makes the charging/discharging switching part be in a charging state during a steady operation switches the charging/discharging switching part from a charging state to a discharging state to feed the power charged in the AC motor when operating a damper in an emergency operation in which no power can be fed from the external power-supply.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
