Zusammenfassung: | To provide a terminal seat capable of attaining space saving while appropriately securing a passage in which a gas can be circulated, inside a circuit breaker, and the circuit breaker.SOLUTION: A terminal seat electrically connecting a wire which is connected to a circuit breaker with a contact, comprises: an engage plate part which is engaged with an end of the wire extending from one side together with a wire lock part; a mounting plate part on which the wire lock part is mounted; a first connecting plate part connecting the engage plate part with the mounting plate part; a contact plate part where the contact which is electrically connectable to the wire lock part is provided; and a second connecting plate part connecting the wire lock part with the contact plate part. A storage place is defined which is enclosed by the engage plate part, the mounting plate part, and the first connecting plate part and in which the wire lock part can be stored. An opening/closing space is defined which is enclosed by the mounting plate part, the contact plate part, and the second connecting plate part and which penetrates at least in an extension direction of the end of the wire and is capable of performing an opening/closing operation of the contact and the other contact.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
