Zusammenfassung:	To provide an adhesive tape that has excellent attaching performance and can achieve low heat dependency and an adhesive that can form the adhesive tape.SOLUTION: An adhesive provided herein is a silicone-based adhesive having an initial adhesive strength of 0.2-3 N/20 mm, and an adhesive strength of at most 4 N/20 mm after heating at 260°C for 30 minutes. An adhesive tape provided herein comprises a substrate, and an adhesive layer provided on the substrate. The adhesive layer is a cured layer of the silicone-based adhesive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】貼付性能に優れると共に、低い熱依存性を達成可能な粘着テープ、及び当該粘着テープを実現できる粘着剤を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の粘着剤は、初期の粘着力が０．２～３Ｎ／２０ｍｍであり、２６０℃及び３０分の加熱後の粘着力が４Ｎ／２０ｍｍ以下であるシリコーン系粘着剤である。本発明の粘着テープは、基材と、基材の表面に設けられた粘着剤層とを備え、粘着剤層は、上記シリコーン系粘着剤の硬化層である。【選択図】図１
